The property is fully gated and located on the crystal clear Hawaiian waters. It features 180 degree ocean and coastline views from the upstairs main living, dining and kitchen area along with the downstairs primary suite. The remaining 3 bedrooms feature majestic mountain views with peek-a-boo ocean views. Highlights of the home include central AC, an outside heated shower, outside lounge areas for barbequing and an upstairs balcony and deck with sweeping ocean views for enjoying daily front row sunrises.
Located in the sleepy beach town of Punalu'u, on Oahu's North East shoreline, you are surrounded with picturesque views, sandy white beaches and sparkling blue waters in every direction. Charming shops and eateries and grocery stores are just 5 - 10 minutes from the home. This coastline is protected and thus shallow, calm waters can be enjoyed all year round.
Punalu'u Bay is a shallow stretch of crystal clear water that is just perfect! Teeming with small tropical fish and turtles, the calm and clear waters lend itself to snorkeling and other water activities. Recommended for older children as the 6 foot high sea wall has no railings and may be slippery when wet.
At low tide, you can step down onto the sand (sand may be seasonal). The ocean is about waist deep and teeming with live corals, tropical fish and families of turtles. You can climb in to swim with the turtles, or just lounge beachside and enjoy them from the yard just a few feet away. During whale season, mother whales and their calves pass right outside the reef in deeper water, and offer the perfect photo opportunity. Walk with the boogie boards 3 houses down to one of the most beautiful, year-round sandy and secluded beaches in the area.

Hawaiian Surf House sleeps 6 people total, including children. Additional guests incur $100 per person, per night fee.
Upstairs features 3 bedrooms/2 baths. The Upstairs Primary bedroom has a King bed and on-suite bathroom w/shower, smart TV w/Netflix. An additional 2 bedrooms both with Queen beds and another bathroom with bathtub/shower combo are located on the mountain view side of the home. The upstairs kitchen, living and dining rooms and deck open out to sweeping, unobstructed views of the crystal clear Pacific Ocean. The living room also features a large 55-inch smart tv with Netflix.
Downstairs is the 2nd Luxury Oceanfront Primary and exercise room and sleeps an additional 2 people. The Master has an adjustable Tempurpedic King bed with a 56-inch smart tv with Netflix. There is a shower with a tub, and a separate exercise room that faces the ocean. Treadmill, bike machine and elliptical keep you in top shape while watching the crashing waves. Ocean and sunrise views can be enjoyed while laying in bed. Or take one of the yoga mats onto the sea wall to enjoy your morning stretch during the colorful sunrise.
Two sliding glass doors opens out onto the downstairs lanai. There are 2 comfortable seating areas seat 10+ people facing the ocean, and a teak dining table with a charcoal bbq grill around side. Upstairs offers teak benches, chairs and tables for more seating for 6-7 people with stunning Hawaiian ocean and mountain views.
You'll receive complimentary WiFi and all the comforts of home with basic supplies such as: some condiments in the kitchen, shampoo, conditioner, soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent and hotel-quality towels and linens.
About the Owner
I was born and raised in Hawaii and am a surfer. We chose this beach home to spend long weekends here with our 3 young children in our active lifestyle. We boat, fish, dive, spear fish, snorkel, kayak, boogie board, surf and stand up paddle, hike and go for long beach walks. This home fit all of our needs including having calm, clear beautiful waters all year round.
